TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A. Your Business provides services within the territory of the Treasure Coast of Florida and said services are available 24/7.
B. Your Company is registered with the Florida Division of Corporations and currently ACTIVE in it's registry at the execution of said Sales / Publishing agreement.
C. Premium positions will be forfeited when any website or said advertising is removed for violating the Terms and Conditions of this agreement.
1. Unless agreed upon Client shall provide Camera ready copy to:
TreasureCoast24/7@gmail.com for insertion into: https://www.Treasurecoast247.com - Directory.
2. Clients URL (Website) will be inserted into our online directory upon execution of sales agreement within 24 hours.
3. Advertising is exclusive to 1 year of publishing in our directory.
4. Treasure Coast 24/7 reserves the right to negotiate any space available within the Directory that resulted in a default of payment or violation of Terms and Conditions.
5. Guaranteed Space -Placement in our Directory is contingent on prompt payment according to the the final sale agreement and adherence to the Terms and conditions of this agreement.
6. Treasure Coast 24/7 reserves the right to deny any Advertisement that is inappropriate in nature within the Clients URL (Website); including but not limited to hate speech and pornography. Clients may be suspended, deleted or disabled at the sole discretion of Treasure Coast 24/7. There is no guarantee of placement into our directory once the website is deleted.
7. Warranty: We make no warranty's of any kind.
8. Client hereby releases: Treasure Coast 24/7 of all or any liability or responsibility that may result from the interruption of internet service(s).
9. Interruption of service: In the event the website is down, for maintenance or technical issues, or any acts beyond our control, TREASURE COAST 24/7 will add (2) additional days of publishing to clients advertising schedule for each calendar day the site may be deactivated.
10. Upon execution of Sales Agreement and agreed upon Terms and Conditions; TREASURE COAST 24/7 will, within 24 hours, publish the agreed upon content in our Exclusive Online Directory. https://www.TreasureCoast247.Com.
